I am thinking one more time via email to them and maybe see if I can get in a chat.

You should have bought it off BattleNet.

Steve that's what I'm trying to do. But I need to reset my password, with no luck or help from B.net support.

I have tried too, no reset emails (and I have checked junk, put anything blizzard/b.net onto my contacts) emailed the support staff. Nothing, no response's at all.

Finally was able to reset my password and DL the game client.

First impression. Really nothing new, well for the genre in this day and age of technology. I really really do not like in-game movies using character models. I would prefer fully rendered and very very pretty movies for cut scenes. I like the lab/cantina/armoury on board the cruiser (cool idea buying upgrades and special units as well as permanent upgrades for your troops) I like the mission select but its not a true mission select, too linear. If you had a galaxy map with worlds and star systems on it and select from that. When you conquer a star system you dont have to worry about it going rogue or other missions (Zerg infestation, Protoss incursion). But, say you own 75% of the planets in a system, the other ones are owned by the Zerg, they can counter attack your owned worlds or use the worlds they own as a beach head to launch an invasion (until you wipe the system clean, incentive to not just take on worlds that give you bonus's) On harder settings this would allow for a more dynamic play field (al la Dune)

Playing on my new AW....and it bogs the system down on medium setting's. I haven't tweaked the programs running yet but will in the near future. Game play isn't anything spectacular, but I like where the story is going so far.

Right now, I am reserving judgement for after I have played for a bit. Right now, not worth the gull 60 buck price tag.
