I don't know if this question has already been asked, but I don't how to search for it.
Was working on my toshiba satellite and closed it for a moment. When I opened it up, the screen was off, with only a slight white light at the bottom edge.
I had rebooted, and the problem persisted. When I plugged a monitor and rebooted, everything came up fine, so I assume its not the video card.
I figure it must the screen or possibly its connection to the motherboard.
Any ideas?
