Unable to Install updates since SP3

So I did a complete format and reinstall of my laptop to clean it up.
I used my Microsoft XP Media Center 2005 OS Disc.
I then let it update all the necessary microsoft updates after installing the proper softwares 1st.

Noticed that hey, It looks like its a faster update as there is now SP3 for Windows XP.
Installed Office XP and found out I HAD to manually download the Office XP SP3 for some weird reason.
Then other necessary updates are now automaticly downloaded BUT is somehow unable to be installed for Office XP!

Anyone have this issue and how to fix it?

It also won't let me install the Silverlight, 1.1 and 2.0 .NET optional installs also.

Able to get my updates installed again!
