I own a Sony Vaio PCG-7A2L (VGN-FS645P) laptop and I'm having problems with my DVD-RW, it won't play or show data. How do I access the "pre-installed software"? How do I restore my DVD back to my laptop? it shows the icon but won't play. all this happened after I restored windows xp on my laptop. I'm not sure what to do..
