M1330 Question

On the back of the laptop, are all 3 letters (X-P-S) supposed to be in silver letters at the bottom of the screen casing? I got my refurb today and the P is not silver

It's just black guess the letter P popped out somewhere in their factory, or in the previous owner's house in this case.

I didn't even order a scratch and dent and this thing is full of random marks and scratches, and missing P's

If you didn't order a scratch and dent and were expecting something different, then I would suggest you have recourse. However, I don't know all the circumstances under which your purchased it... you may have to look under the terms of the refurb, it may actually disclaim that there may be marks, etc...
