HP 530 or COMPAQ PRESARIO C767?

Hello Dear !
I want to purchase a laptop , but very confused that which one is better among these two i.e. HP 530 or COMPAQ C767

here is the configuration of both :

HP 530
INTEL CORE DUO 1.8
1 GB RAM
120 GB HDD
DVD-BURNER
15.4 DISPLAY
WINDOWS VISTA BUSINESS (LICENSED)

COMPAQ C767
INTEL CORE DUO 1.73
1 GB RAM
120 GB HDD
DVD-BURNER
15.4 DISPLAY
DOS
CAMERA

please tell me which one is better ? and the most important thing which one is latest model ?? please tell me the release dates of both

. specs-wise, the mentioning hp has a slight lead over the compaq
. latest model? if hp can't tell u, evryone else would be just guessing
. search the forum for "hp 530"; there are some pics available and a small review
