E1505 USB Driver?

My friend gave me his laptop, but with all of the drivers seemingly screwed up. The computer won't recognize a mouse, or an external hard drive connected to to the USB port, and I'm pretty sure I've downloaded every driver on the dell website.

Unfortunately I don't have the CD's that came with the computer.

Any ideas as to why USB isn't working?

Fixed the problem by deleting some broken USB stuff in the device manager.
