| If you haven't started saving up for Nvidia's upcoming G(T)200-powered cards then you might want to do that as both of them will be pretty expensive. The GeForce GTX 260 and 280 will make their debut on June 17 and are set to take the high-end market by storm. The GeForce GTX 260 will feature 896 MB of GDDR3 memory, a 448-it memory interface and 192 Stream Processors but to secure its 'services' you'll need to pay about $449. The alpha (and very green) male of the new GeForce generation, the GTX 280 will come equipped with 1 GB of (GDDR3) memory, a 512-bit interface plus 240 Stream Processors but it will also have a blinding price tag - $649. That remind us, we gotta ask for a raise (BEd: Or just buy a Radeon HD 4850). |
