How to install Windows media Player 11 on fresh installed Windows XP + SP3?

I did a fresh install of Windows XP MCE 2005 and it autoupdated me to SP3.
Soemhow it is not letting me install Windows Media Player 11.
Anyone know how I can fix this?

. where did u get wmp11 from? via m$? via a download site? which one?
