VAIO Pcg - 3A1L Recovery Question

Hello, a friend of mine just bought a brand new VAIO Pcg - 3A1L and it came without a single CD recovery! i never seen anything like that.
Shouldn't there be like Recovery CD's...
Its all fine so far, but i wanted to re-install it to create partitions and i cant.
I have never used any Sony laptops....
Any tips, ideas...

there is a hidden recovery partition in your hdd.you can get when you see vaio logo you have to press F10 and follow the steps or you can create your own recovery DISC.read the manul how to creat.
