Need help, Please and Thanks :) M5750

hi everyone.

I have a M5750 and I need to replace some pieces for it.

I was wondering If the M5500 is the same design? and if the pieces would work?

If not if anyone knew where I could Find a website that sold pieces for my M5750 thanks a lot.

Nope. The 5750 is the same as the m5700. It's a 17" platform. The M5500/M5550 is a 15" platform.

You can check Alienware Outlet, Alienware's eBay store. If you just need a few things, you can try calling Alienware, but at this point they may not stock much for it.

The base platform for the 5750 is the Uniwill P series, so you can probably get parts except for the case from Uniwill or anyone that sells Uniwill parts.

There are also a few places that sell used AW parts. Laptopking and Excel computer are a couple. Actually, it looks like they might be the same company...

So you want parts for Alienware M5700/5750/5790. I understand the M5550 and M5750 do use the same motherboard though... Might want to double check that before buying anything.

hey thanks for the info. the interior of the laptop is mint condition, its just the exterior. which has a lot of ware and tare. so you are saying the 5700 to 5790 are all the same design? thanks

Yep, the cases of the 5700/5750/5790 are the same as far as I know. There are case parts at the link from Excel computer. Keep in mind they're used parts though, so they may not be perfect.
