Raid 0 on P-171S FX questions

Well I just set up my raid 0 and its working great, i made lots of images with acronis but for some reason on every boot it shows the raid 0 diagnostics and checks if everything is ok then boots, unlike before raid where it was a quiet boot. Is this quick (3sec) disk check normal?

upon power up I usually see a quick Raid Window detailing the two drives in raid config, then after a few seconds, continues to Boot.

This is Normal for any Raid setup
