Maybe you could help me get my heat sink for my GPU that I have been waiting for its been two weeks and I have not recieved it... I got my CPU heat sink but not my GPU one... The GPU is the one I need because of my overheating GPU... I guess the first one got lost but havent heard back from alienware about them sending me another one...

Have you called AW? have you tried their support forums as mentioned above?

yeah called alienware after it didnt show up and they said they would find out what happened it would take two days but no word back or anything....
