WANTED: Vista home basic recovery cd for Aspire 5050

Please, if anyone out there has one from Acer or can make one using their own 5050, let me know. I switched to linux for awhile after being so disappointed by Vista, nuked my recovery partition, but now I want Vista back. I know I'm an idiot, but live and learn. Acer wants $30 for the disk, so I would be quite glad to shell out a few bucks for one.

I think my wife might have a couple sets of recovery discs...but they're Vista Home Premium.
