8890 LCD hinge

One of the hinges on my screen lost 2 screws today and a broken plastic washer. It has never been subjected to any dropping or anything other then opening and closing. Is this something that I have to RMA or can I fix it myself? Thanks.

You need to ask SAGER Tech Support.

I would guest its something you could do yourself if they sent you the parts.
But I fail to understand how the screws could come out or where from.

Do you have a service manual?

Yeah, I guess I will call them, the screws came out of the hinge on the lcd. I am not sure how they came out...I just went to close the screen, and heard a click, and the screen casing separated and the screws fell out. The hinge has always been a little stiff, but never seemed like is was stiff enough to break the plastic washer and pop out the screws.

Wait, what broke out? The little rubber covered screws that hold in the frame, or the actual screws within the hinge?
