General Dual-Boot Question

Hi,

I am running a dual-boot Vista/XP laptop and just have a very general question...

I have Vista on C: and XP on D:

They both make use of E:....is this ok?

In other words, I have installed programs while booted into Vista to E: and I have also installed programs while booted into XP to E:. There is no overlap between any of the programs because the ones that I use for Vista are different than any that I use for XP.

Thats should be ok and you should have no problems.
