N100 1GB -> 2GB RAM Upgrade: Will the following work?

Time has come to upgrade my Lenovo 3000 N100 (type 768) from 1GB to 2GB.

I found the following nice offers on Newegg, but I need to make sure first that they are compatible with the Lenovo 3000 N100:

A-DATA 2GB (2 x 1GB) 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820211194

Or:
AllComponents 2GB (2 x 1GB) 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820159018

A complete list that matches Lenovo's spec:
Quote:
PC2-5300 DDR2 SDRAM 200-pin non-parity SoDIMM
Can be found in this link. Which one(s) you have best experience with?

Thanks,
Alex

I actually just ordered the G.Skill one:

Since once customer positively confirmed that it worked for his Lenovo:

Quote:
Pros: *Works perfectly in my Lenovo 3000 N100. *No errors *Allows me to multi-task more. *Increase productivity uptime (time I'm using my laptop; I turned off paging file so the hdd spins less thus drawing less power from the battery)

Cons: *Decreases my system idle time (time when I turn on my laptop and do nothing on it) from 3 hours to 2hours 45minutes. *Didn't notice system booting any faster *Didn't expect the memory to run this hot. When on full load the memory is too hot to put laptop on my lap. *Not sure about this one but I think the increase memory draws more power on load making my battery run hotter.

Other Thoughts: All the (2x1gb) SO-DIMM DDR2 533 were sold out so I choose this instead seeing as how it's the same price for faster ram. As I expected this memory ran at the slower speed perfectly (533mhz @ 4-4-4-12). I wished that by replacing both so-dimms I can make the fsb run at 667mhz but its probably my chipset (intel 950) limiting it to 533mhz. I did expect that by having 2gb the intel GMA945 would just stay at 224mb so I can play cs 1.6 at full resolution without lag but it still can't. Don't expect the Intel GMA945 to handle ANY FPS's at all.
