Bluetooth On/Off Shortcut - Vista Home Premium

I'd like to create a shortcut to turn my bluetooth adapter on and off. Right now I have a shortcut for the Bluetooth Devices control... but this has all the options and requires a few clicks and what not to turn the adapter on and off. Not a big deal... just trying to tweak things just how I want them so I thought I'd ask. A short cut that would turn the adapter on and off without any additional steps would be awesome.

If it matters... I'm on a Dell Inspiron 1720 notebook.

write urself up 2 desktop shortcut bat to kill the bt process and restart it?
