Stuck in phase 7 for almost 3 weeks

I ordered my m9750 on june 3rd, and was given an Eta for june 10th. Every thing was moving along smoothly until I got to phase 7, which is where it's been for 2 weeks. When I call it's always the same (I mean the same EXACT) story, "It will ship in two to three days" three days pass and i call once more, "It will ship in two to three days". Now I've been getting this for almost three weeks and I'm still in phase 7.
Now please don't get me wrong, I'm not upset I still hope to turn out a good experience with alienware. I just want to know why it's taking so long to test, and why I can't get a good answer from customer service.

Send a private message in this forum to AW-Armando, or alienware-James. they're both AW representatives here, and they can find out what the issue is with your m9750 and either get it resolved or at least let you know what it is.

Well I sent my order info to Alienware armondo, so he's gonna check it out for me. One of the first calls i made to alienware about this issue gave me the impression that it failed testing and had to be redone, but the girl on the phone was quite unclear, so who knows? p.s.how do you like your m 9750? Give me the details if you have time..... plus i see you have 2.o ghz cpu how is it?

Whoa.... It finally changed phases( don't get to exided it went down a phase ) But is nice to see that stuff is happening, even though it a step back???
Hmm I bet if I call'em they say two to three days(like they did every other time I called despite my calls beinng days apart) any takers?
Anyway to recap phase 7 for three weeks, then to phase 6. Now thats what I call production baby.
But like i said befor If i didn't think they could provide me with an amazing system I wouldn't put up with this, But I'll make an exception for alienware, I hope they appreciate it.....Lol

Whoa whoa whoa Now i'm in phase 8!?? So three weeks in phase 7 and then had to go back to phase 6 then only a few hours in phase 7 and straight to phase 8?
I don't know what alienware armondo did but it's workin! Thanks to all!
p.s. my config m9750: Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz, 2 GB RAM, Dual GeForce 8700M GT SLI, Not the best cpu but it's the best I can afford.

Well, hopefully it will be in your hands very soon. That feeling you get when you unpack it is a really cool experience. Congrats on your order, and also congrats to AW Armando for helping move things right along.

Also I live two hours from alienware Miami, So it shouldn't be a long delivery time once they ship it. FYI when you see the space shuttle lanching on the news, I'm feeling it!!! The lanch pad is right across the indian river from my house( only like five miles away), But I've lived here my whole life so it's not very exiting to me,
In highschool about 75% of my freinds had parents who were nasa engineers.

I spent some time at Patrick AFB, when I was stationed at Avon Park AFR,FL. I got to see the Shuttle launch a lot when I made my trips to Patrick. What an awe-inspiring experience...

Ya alot of outatowners like to watch, but i've seen every lanch sence 1986 so it's a bit old now, but I still walk out side to see it, and when we have an Unforchanet event like challenger and the program get put on hold for a while (a few years without a lanch) all of us down here like to watch the first one after that.
I do belive we have only 9 more untill the shuttles get retired, and nasa starts it's new program, theres been alot of talk about it around here, and the last one will be crazy with alot of people making the drive to come see it. (oh once met M.R belding from saved by the bell when he came to see a launch!....lol.)

That was a good place to be. Many fond memories from that time long ago.
