Dell XPS 1530, how to view on multiple output screens?

Hi,

I have an xps 1530 notebook from dell and it is an awesome piece. However, just a week back i got a projector and also have an LCD monitor. For some work, i need to bring the display on both projector and LCD monitor. I am connecting Projector through the S-video and LCD monitor through the regular port. now when i try to switch from notebook screen to output screens, either projector works or LCD monitor. Both don't work simultaneously. Is there any way i can make both work?

being an m1330 owner (having no svideo) i have hooked up two different outputs, but only through hdmi and vga, which works but you have to use options in vista to make it happen, not just hit fn+f8. it should (hopefully) display two other monitors in the display properties. if not, then maybe it just doesn't work through those two ports simultaneously.
