How Many boxes did you receive with your XPS 1530?

Today a box arrived from dell containing what I thought would be my new xps laptop.

Inside was an XPS box, with driver disks, power cord, documentation, plastic insrert and a black leatherette "XPS" notebook to hold disks and things.

There was not actually a computer in the box.

Does it come seperately? The tracking info from Dell says "delivered."

Generally, the laptops come in one box with all essential accessories. The only other boxes would be for things like printers and cameras or other peripherals that ship from a seperate warehouse.

there should have been two white XPS boxes in the main box, the one with the stuff you described, and the other with the notebook and the XPS sleeve

contact dell asap.. I think they forgot to put your laptop in the box.. Or you got ripped off from your courier.. Did you get it sooner than what was estimated time to ship in your order status?
