Hey guys, I was on the phone with Dell for about 2-3 hours and they were just bouncing me back and fourth regarding a laptop that I just received. In the end nothing was resolved and I called again today and it got resolved and they told me that they were placed an order for a replacement laptop for me. I was really glad that they eventually fixed it but now I checked in my Dell account, I found a new order that had a total of $5000 for a M1330 replacement I assume. They had prices like $3600 for 4GB of ram on the list of parts.
What I am asking is that will I be charged this amount? All I requested was a replacement so it should be free right? All the parts had random amounts of money assigned them. Does Dell do this for other reasons?
