Hi,
I have a Sony Vaio VGN-AR18GP with HDMI, running XP. I have been successfully connecting to my Samsung 42" Plasma via HDMI with stunning video and audio by simply Fn-F7 switching.
However, I have just upgraded to a Sony KDL52X3100 52" Full HD LCD and when hooking up the HDMI in the same way I get stunning 1080P video and no audio.
I have selected "Enable HDMI Output" (it was already selected) on Sound Reality Centre in Ctrl Panel, have played around with the Bravia's settings but can't find any way to get it to accept the Audio. The most bafflying thing is that this is Sony-to-Sony, but Sony-to-Samsung was happy as larry!
I have searched the net for about 4 hours now with no joy - all suggestions gratefully received!
