Vgn-a240p Hard Drive Problems

While traveling extensively over the past three weeks, my VGN-A240P started giving hard drive errors or could not find hard drive on boot-up. Turning the PC on its right sifr and taping on it, will permit normal boot. It appears to me that hard drive connection is loose/dirty. How do I get to hard drive to tighten it down?

so when you are holding it down it boots normal?
