Inspiron 6400 keyboard

I'm having problems with a couple of keys. The "t" and "y" keys have to be pressed quite hard. Any suggestions please? Everything else working fine.

sounds like maybe the little rubber membranes have broken or aren't making good contact. If you're under warranty Dell should have no trouble replacing it. If you're out of warranty parts-people.com or eBay are good places to find keyboards.
