Gateway 7330 and Emachines 6800 power button panel same?

I'm working on a Gateway 7330 replacing the power button panel. My customer agreed to take a cover with the emachines logo on it because I found it ALOT cheaper than the gateway one. Being the same part #, I thought it would be a match. However, when I received the emachines panel cover, I thought it would have the little plastic piece that sidesteps the LED and actually presses the button. It did not. Does anyone know if these two panel covers are, in fact, the same exact part, and I was sent a bunk part, or are they different. Thanks!

The only difference that I have seen between the two brand pieces are the circuit board underneath it. Did you buy the emac one with the circuit board included?
