Acer 5520-5912 Won't Boot...

So my laptop just randomly shutdown and I have no idea why. Then I hit the power button. No reboot. Held it down for a minute, no boot. I don't understand what happened.

The laptop came with 32bit Vista Home Premium, which I wiped and put 64bit Vista Ultimate. I also deleted all of the partitions to form 1 HD. I've not dropped the laptop, nor kicked it, nor poured water on it. So it's nothing environmental. I left for work and it worked fine, then I came back, opened up firefox and when my home page loaded, it died.

HELP...

Just wondering how old the laptop is because it may be a heat issue due to clogged vents/fans/around heatsink

Do power Resetting procedure. This problem is common in all Acer laptops.
Remove AC power cord, remove the battery and press the power button for 20 seconds. Then insert the battery you should see the power light come up. If the power Light doesn't light up then the problem is with the AC Adaptor.
