E1505 battery doesn't charge fully

I've had my Inspiron E1505 about two years now. About six months ago, I noticed that my battery life was significantly lower than it was when it was new, and was quickly declining. From what I gather, that's normal, at least with Dell batteries. So I replaced it with one from laptopbatterydepot.com. When I first got it, it was great, lasting for over three hours with full screen brightness. Lately though, it won't charge all the way. I first noticed this about two weeks ago, when I unplugged my laptop after it had been plugged in for a few days, and the battery icon said it was 75% full. That number kept getting lower, and right now it stands at 63%. Their customer service was pretty much a joke. The only intelligent suggestion they had was to update the BIOS, which I did to no avail. Is there a fix for this or should I just exchange it (they have a two-year warranty, but will only replace a battery once and I'm afraid this could happen again)?

That's the problem with third party knock-offs. They may have sketchy performance. Odds are the pack you have is defective.
