I bought my amilo notebook few weeks back, and after installing all drivers etc. I'd like to overclock my CPU, which is Turion TL-56 running at 1.8GHZ.
But, on clock gen for example i cannot raise the clocks, it just stays at It's normal clock. Could this be due the fact that these notebooks are locked to prevent people from overclocking?
Second, i know that i can easily fry a notebook when i overclock the CPU of it. I just ordered a notebook cooler, zalman one, and i was wondering can i overclock with the notebook cooler without frying the laptop?
Third, Does anybody happen to know what PLL this motherboard has?
Fourth, does anybody know any software i could use for overclock.
Thanks in advance.
