New Battery Won't work. HELP...

Hi there,

i have purchace new battery from ipc-computer for my 5680. the battery is brand new and excactly the same model D500BAT-P. Unfortunately seems that the battery won't charging. Note that the Orange color LED lids and after some hours change to green. But the notebook cannot switch on without the mains power. Also the strange thing is that the battery while charging does not getting warm at all.
Any idea?
