I've used many USB-interfaced external tv tuners in the past; usually disappointing due to lagging. Ieee 1392 would be a nice interface; or a express card; though I haven't found any express cards that allow do any video capturing.
Now that I got a laptop, I'd love to be able to carry around my PS2-slim and use it on the lappy screen.
