Can't save game profile settings

Every time I try to make a game profile setting, it will get wiped after I close the NVIDIA Control Panel. I have heard this is a problem with Vista and administrative privileges or something. People have said to modify nvapps.xml and set it to "Full Control" under the security options, but it is greyed out and will not let me even if I select "Edit."

Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm not sure how to fix that, as I've never personally had the issue.

Have you tried reinstalling the driver to see if that fixes it? Follow the directions I've posted in THIS THREAD.
