Replacing DVD Drive for Sony SZ Series

Hi this is my firstpost here and my god this place is great.

Anyway my DVD drive has unfortunatly died and iv got a new dvd drive for it now. Can anyone tell me how to remove the old one and replace it?

The model of my laptop is. Vaio VGN-SZ1HP/B. But should be like any other sony SZ series laptop. Thank you!
