Some of you might have read my other thread, asking if a link I posted was indeed real. Well, it turns out I was ahead of myself, and the laptop in the link was actually something unbelievably cool that was yet to come still. And now its out! I dont know how to write these news-type threads personally, but I will say that I found two resellers that will customize one of these bad boys, and you can probably find out more about these things on their respective websites. Check it out!

LynnBay

Should still be on the front page in the upper right hand corner.

XoticPC

You can find then with the "NEW!" tags at the top of their little column dealio.

Very exciting, Im still configuring it this way and that before I finally go for it. Cheers!

That's really sharp. I wish the asus G series would offer one with a top of the line GPU though.

Went and played with one of them today at best buy. Nice rig but only was scoring a 4.5 of vista advantage where my M50Mv-X1 scores a 5. How I dont know something with the memory and the hard drives.

I hear that the version theyve got in BB is actually watered down, like its an X1 or something and not the A1 or A2 you can get online. That was the original review I read at first, and I was like what? when I saw that as well, but then people started reviewing the A1 and bam, its a whole world of difference. I can NOT wait, Im literally gonna crap myself with anticipation and excitement. Holy piss, its gonna be a huge leap from Z80K to G50V-A1. And Im getting it from Newegg too in the end! Decided to be more responsible and frugal, spend the money on games and software as it were, heh.

Really? I read a review and the vista graphic score for gaming was about 5.5 and 3d mark 06 was around 6000.

GenTechPC's review was of the -A1 and -B1 versions. The ones sold at Best Buy are -X1 and have some lowered stats so BB can maintain their desired profit margin.

Nice to see a couple more higher spec'd 15 inchers appearing, hopefully a few more manufacturers will realise not everybody likes 17" notebooks who want to play a few games.

These look nice.
