Warrenty Question (Cleaning Fan/Heatsink)

Hi,

If I pay someone to open up my Inspiron 9400 / E1705 (Apr 2006) and clean the fan/heatsink properly will this void my CompleteCare warrenty?

I will be selling it in 2 months (after the XPS Centrino 2 has been launched in the UK/EU) so I'm thinking it would be nice if I could respond 'runs quiet' when asked by savvy buyers on eBay!

Thanks for any advice or tips

Pretty easy to do yourself with dell's guides and looking around here. I don't know of anyone claiming that voids your warranty.
