We are looking for a new notebook for my wife and the two medium Latitude models fit our needs feature-wise.
Are the D530-D830 Latitudes still "the" notebook to buy for a conservative buy?
What we need is a non-gaming Windows development notebook, normal screen DPI. Most importantly, we need a good keyboard (a firm business-class keyboard like Thinkpads and Latitudes used to have), otherwise it comes down to reliability.
I know this forum has (or had) quite a few users who would just upgrade from one generation of medium Latitude to the next. Are you still on board with the current generation?
(Myself, after having recommended a Fujitsu to her last time and seeing it work out, well, not so well, would default to listen to other people's advise now, hence my question.)
