Is the wireless card in the x1300 (dell 1395) going to be slower than the one in my current e1505 (dell 1500 draft n)? Thanks for the info.

it all depends on your internet connection and the wireless router. Wireless N can't go higher than the speed allowed for 802.11 router. if you have a N router then you can use that technology which would be faster, otherwise you are limited to the internet provider speed and or wireless router.
