I am wondering if anyone out there can help. I need an image of the information in the PQSERVICE partition of a 5630 or similar laptop, some files in mine have become corrupted and the restore fails when I try to use it, My operating system is Vista but I changed it to XP pro but I left the PQSERVICE partition as Vista in the event that if I needed to send it away for service I could return it to proper operating system. I used the PQsevice partition to return it to Vista the last time it went in for service and returned it to XP pro when I got it back, now it needs to go in again, luckily I made recovery discs when prompted to do so when I first switched it on, however discs can easily get damaged especily when you have young kids in the house. and I would like it to work properly with the alt-f10 recovery as I may sell it when it comes back this time.
I would be happy to send a cd-r or dvd-r to anyone who could help.
