According to Sager, the 8890 is now discontinued. We have no word of the chassis being used for any future release.
With the lack of 16" LCDs in the market it's been a struggle to keep production going and believe that to be the death of it. We're sad to see it go and recognize it for being the first laptop to ever have hardware raid (that we know of) and to hold 3 internal hard drives. Many called it ugly though that didn't stop the masses from falling in love with its "inner" (technically speaking) beauty
