Hey guys quick question because I'm torn and need a little advice:
Building a home file server of sorts (basically everyone in the house can just upload files to share and for backup in a public folder or their own private folder)...anyway
the machine is built save for the processor...I have 2 options kicking around:
1st Intel Celeron Dual Core E1200 1.60GHz 512k L2 cache 800MHz FSB
2nd Intel Pentium 4 3.4Ghz 1.0Mb L2 cache 800MHz FSB
so, which would be faster?
Single core thats mad fast, or slower clock speed, but 2 cores...hmmm *scratches chin*
any thoughts??
