Overclocking an AMD athlon 64 x2 5200+ (windsor)

Not sure where to look for this one, as everywhere that I look doesn't give the specific information that I need\want. I want to know what frequency, multiplier, and voltages that I should\need to be using in order to OC this thing more than 200MHz. Right now it's at 2807MHz (2.807Ghz) with a x13 multiplier and 216MHz bus speed. I would ideally like to get it to 3GHz, as a 200MHz bump is kinda lame, especially sense I have it water cooled. I know that it can hit at least 3GHz, and I mean come on, I have my vid cards overclocked quite a bit, I want the awsomeness of the CPU OC to match that of my GPU OC lol.

See sig for full system specs if more information is needed about the system

Well I've gotten my CPU to run at 2.925 ghz so far by upping the voltages. I'm just wondering if I were to turn the multiplier down and up the frequency if that would help me get to 3 GHz. So like do a x11 multiplier and set the frequency to 273.

Well I got ti to hit 3 GHz. Took a little tweaking but I did it. As a bonus my memory is at 500 MHz, so 1 GHz effective.
