XPS M1330 128MB nVidia® GeForce® 8400M GS and games like Sims/Civ2

Hi,

Is the 128MB nVidia® GeForce® 8400M GS GPU OK to play games like SIMS, SimCity, Civ 2, Civ 4, Age of Empires, Rise of Empires.

Also, on WIndows Vista with that card, will I be able to use the second screen for watching videos on my tv ?

Can only speak for Civ4, but it plays fine with the options turned up (EXC: AA) at native resolution. I can run my external monitor at 1920x1200 without much trouble on the same settings, but the additional workload raises my max time a bit.

I think you could turn AA on too, but I just don't seem to see the benefits of it that much. I rarely ever go above the lowest AA settings and usually just leave it off.
