I'm wondering if there's a market for the various components of my Sager 5720 or if it's best to sell the whole machine.
There seems to be a few people selling the various notebook parts on eBay and other sites for a lot more money than the whole machine is worth assembled.
In any case, my 5720 has a broken hinge and without repairing it there's not much portability even though the machine works just fine apart from the movement of the lid.
Opinions are appreciated. I'm in the process of tearing it down to see if it's possible to repair the hinge as I write this but it doesn't look promising and the needed parts would probably cost a lot.
