5 emails in the last month. I called once to try that route, but when I complained that A6120 was running too hot and the fan was unable to control the temp. under load, the kid at Fujitsu asked "Is there smoke coming out the fan vent? Click!
I used their instant chat and after a half hour the not-very-savvy rep. gave up and I got an RMA number as a hole card. Got no help but gained valuable experience for a job in Guantanimo toturing Afgani prisoners of war.

Try the Seagate 500 MB Ext. Works on USB and the 1394 Firewire port. Big, fast, cheap. So far 100% reliable. Throw away all the Seagate software and drivers and reformat as a plain vanilla Windows hard drive.

External is not as comfortable as one more HDD inside a laptop. That's why I want to push solution to the end with my second HDD issue.
