I have an Aurora m9700 and it seems to have died the other day. It was just sitting plugged in on my desk and I came home and it was off for some reason. Won't turn on. I check the power cable, and the light on the transformer box thing is blinking instead of solid like usual. I can unplug it from the laptop itself, yet leave the power plugged into the wall, and the light comes on full brightness and solid as it's supposed to be, but the second i plug it into my laptop it blinks very quick flashes about once a second. No response with trying to push the power button on the laptop.
Any ideas? This was a computer I was planning on selling as I just built a new desktop, and now I'm really bummed because I can't sell it like this!
Could a new DC adapter possibly be the fix? Or do I have some kind of power supply / motherboard blowout?
I was really hoping to sell this thing this next week or so to finish paying off the new desktop I built, I can't believe the timing.
