M1730 8800gtx sli & ageia.. so what exactly should i install?

I have xps M1730 with sli 8800gtx and the ageia physics card.

Im wondering what i should all be installing. nvida has a physics driver (currently installed) for ageia boards, but with the new drivers suppoerting physics im unclear to whether i need to leave the agieia driver installed etc.

My preferred option would be to use ageia for physics and my 8800's for nothing else but graphics, any physics speed diference dosnt matter to me.

So do

1. i uninstall agia, and install a new gpu driver that supports physics, but i can only see this working if the nvidia gpu drivers can make use of the ageia.

or

2. leave ageia driver and install any nvida driver i want? how do i make sure the gpu's do only graphics and the ageia is left unbothered to do physics..

Im sorry if this has been covered before. i have tried search but not seen this topic covered in any detail..

The 177 GeForce drivers include the new Ageia drivers. They are still completely separate. If you already have the newest Ageia drivers, the GeForce install won't change anything. If you roll back to 175 or earlier, the Ageia drivers will stay put - and still be the newest.

I recently installed the latest 177 Geforce drivers with the Pysics pack. I already had the latest Ageia drivers too. After installing and rebooting the Nvidia drivers, I looked in the Add-Remove programs menu and the Ageia drivers were no longer there so I assume the Nvidia drivers automatically unistalled the Ageias. I then went to Program files and found the Nvidia Physics menu and had a choice of using the Ageia drivers or the Nvidia drivers or None. I selected using the Ageias and everything seems to work great.

On my Toshiba with a 8700GT and the new 177 drivers the Ageias are also missing from the Add remove programs menu. So I assume the Nvidia drivers are what the games will use now.

Was it the agaie drivers you had installed, or was it the newer standalone nvidia drivers for agieia card?

I have previously ininstalled my ageia drivers and replaced them with nvida physics drivers for agieia boards. these were a different download to the physics pack for nvida cards.

I downloaded the latest seperate Ageia driver from nvida and installed them. They work OK and they use the latest system software. I am still using 175.32 driver for my video. I tried the 177 series but when I tried to replay Gothic 3 it was crashing a lot.
