TOSHIBA U302-S808 Bios help please

Ok i went to bet buy for a simple upgrade and the completely ****ed up my laptop...When i approached them on this they said it was procidure..reset every thing...so i call toshiba asking how to reset the reset bios password and they said i had to back to best buy and that they couldnt help me..So now i went back to best buy and explained in the course of the simple upgrade they reset all my pass words and the ingure print reader wont read my fingure to let me in to stinkin windows and that my bios pass word had been change to they told me i would have to pay to get it fix since i opted out of it the first time..opted out???? wtf? My pass words should not have been touched!!!!!!
so now they want a 125 smackers to rereset it..wtf? or to disable it?
So im asking does any body know of a way they would reset it?..they said they could do it while i waited and i got schoolon tuesday morning..so i need to find out how to bypass it or reset it asap..please any help would be appreceated!


the model is - Toshiba Sattalite U305-S2808

Just a note, there is no need for duplicate posts. If someone is able to help, they will be on both sides of the Toshiba site. Its not likely that there will be anybody being able to help with a BIOS password reset for a couple of reasons. Firstly, if someone here has a password cracking utility, they have no idea if you actually own this laptop. Secondly, if this laptop was indeed sent in for repairs to a big box store, it is their responsibilty to rectify the problem.
The other alternative which would be costly, would be to take it in to an authorized Toshiba repair center and it will cost you in the neighbourhood of $100 to have them reset it. You better have at BB soon or you wont have it for Tuesday school.
