Notebook video card help

Hey, I'm looking to buy a notebook that's good enough to play games like Team Fortress 2 on high settings. Anyways, the one I'm looking at has a "ATI Radeon HD 3450 Graphics w/ M82-SCE".
Does anyone know if this is good enough to run what I want?
The rest of the specs are good enough to run what I want, I'm just not sure about this video card.

I'd say so,as long as its not at 1920x1200.

Most source stuff runs really well on lower powered/older hardware.

Haven't played TF2 myself on anything to see for sure but HL2 ep2 runs fine at pretty good settings[not maximum] @1280x800 on my 8400GS M and yours should be pretty similar.
