eMachines optical drive?

The optical drive on my M6811 is gradually failing and I am looking for a replacement. What available drives will fit and work with this?

Apart from a blu-ray, any normal (no "thin") front slot or tray drives would work, just pay attention to the bezel for the postion of the eject button

Thanks, I thought the regular drives were much bigger and this would have to be a special slim notebook drive.

While shopping around, I found that drives come either with a SATA or an IDE connector. Which one would work with the M6811?

IDE. I thought that sata only addresses hard drive?
