Atheros WiFi card

I have a Toshiba A65-S126 with an Atheros AR5004G wireless network adapter. "The device cannot start (Code 10)." I have tried reinstalling the driver, downloading an updated driver, and uninstall/reinstall to no avail. The current driver is named ar5211.sys. Any thoughts??

Could be a bad card, take a peek and check it out for any burn marks, or try reseating it, could have moved, possibly.
